When Hiew’s humble beginning started as OUTOFSTALK, a home based business offering bespoke services in all floral related projects & personal needs.
Stephanie Hiew, Founder/Chief Designer, chance upon floral art when she had an opportunity to work with a Floral Maestro. Her 12 years stint had given her the foundation in both the American & European styled influences.

As an Interior Designer in her earlier years, her passion for creating bold designs added an unique perspective to her later style. Many would agree that she answers to the needs of her clients by devoting her time in listening and marrying ideals into realistic finishes.

Together with her partner, a retail designer of 25 years, William Tan’s experience in design/project management for events allow Hiew to venture into weddings & corporate event. With a team of skilled and quality workmanship, Hiew is able to execute & match the most challenging expectations!
A perfectionist’s desire & ever-learning needs in the craft, both of them travels to Europe and many parts of the world, infusing in different perspectives, satisfying the curiosity & ultimately adapting to their style of work.
